Kia ora bloggers, yesterday I made a fact file about my favourite bird called the New Zealand falcon. It had to be endangered and the New Zealand falcon there are only 5000 - 8000 left in the world!!! You can help by supporting a falcon conservation organisation. I have actually hold one in a glove and feed it at wingspan a place where they help rehabilitate falcons so they can go back into the wild. Hope you enjoy my presentation.
I am six in this photo.
Hi Luka,
ReplyDeleteI really like new zealand falcons as well! Did you know that there are only 3,000-5,000 breeding pairs left! I hope that they can help them. Blog ya later
Ka pai Luka. Awesome facts. I didn't know there were three types of falcon! I've been to Wingspan but didn't get to hold one (I think they let the kids do it which is fair enough). Did you know the falcon from the $20 note was drawn at Wingspan?
ReplyDeleteGreat shot! How old are you there? Were you scared? The falcon seems a lot smaller than I had imagined them to be. E noho ra.
ReplyDeleteThank you for commenting on my blog I really enjoy reading the comments. I am six in the shot and was super exited, it was one of the best days in my life. After that we went to a place called the Rotorua gondola it was really fun. Have you ever been to wingspan or the Rotorua gondola.
DeleteBlog ya later, Luka out.
