Kia ora bloggers, a few days ago my brother, dad and I did a burpee challenge. It was very tough because every day you were doing more and more burpees. It felt really good after doing all of the burpees because you could just relax. It was really fun for me because it kept me fit and healthy. We got up to day 20, but the highest was 496 on the 31st day. You also have to do it in a a certain amount of time like on the first day you would have to do it in 1 minute then on the second you would have to do it in two minutes and so on. How I got the numbers is like this, first day 1 burpee second day 1+2 third day 1+2+3 and so on here is a chart according to my maths.
1st 1 burpee, 2nd 3 burpees, 3rd 6 burpees, 4th 10 burpees, 5th 15 burpees, 6th 21 burpees, 7th 28 burpees, 8th 36 burpees, 9th 45 burpees, 10th 55 burpees, 11th 66 burpees, 12th 78 burpees, 13th 91 burpees, 14th 105 burpees, 15th 120 burpees, 16th 136 burpees, 17th 153 burpees, 18th 171 burpees, 19th 190 burpees, 20th 210 burpees.

I can’t imagine doing even one burpee so I’m amazed you can do so many Luka. Can you feel your body getting stronger?
